Africa’s tech ecosystem has been growing exponentially, but access to quality education and resources remains a challenge for many. Recognizing this, Bybit and AltSchool Africa have stepped in to address the gap.

How the Scholarship Works
Through this initiative, AltSchool Africa’s Diploma program, which covers areas like software engineering, data analysis, product management, and more, will be made available to 1,000 young Africans. Along with intense technical instruction, the program provides career guidance, mentorship, and practical project experience, with the goal of developing a pool of highly qualified individuals prepared to innovate and make a worldwide impact.
Bybit and AltSchool Africa are also partnering with leading tech companies to ensure that graduates have access to internships and job opportunities.
The application process is straightforward and inclusive. Candidates must submit an online application, including a personal statement and proof of their interest in technology.
Shortlisted applicants will undergo an interview process, with final selections based on merit and potential. Bybit and AltSchool Africa are particularly keen to support under-represented groups, including women and individuals from underserved communities.
